| Meet the New Lucky Dog Rescue and Adoption Center |

The new LUCKY DOG RESCUE & ADOPTION CENTER is the best place to go to find your new pet. Situated on the road from Chapala's Cristiania Park to the Vista Del Lago golf course, just 2 km from Chapala, it is the perfect rural location for the dogs to exercise, become healthy, nourished and socialized. The space also helps prepare them to be members of lucky families.

Lucky Dog opened for business in December 2012 and has been housing an average of 20 dogs and pups of all sizes and ages. Each dog or puppy receives stellar veterinary care from the Drs. Lardons de Guevara clinic and has been vaccinated, wormed and de-flea'd. Dogs over 6 months of age have been sterilized, and adopters of pups under six months are given a certificate for a half price spay or neuter. All adopters receive a free veterinary consultation within one week of adoption.

OPEN HOUSE on Sunday, March 24th, from 1 - 3 p.m.
Everyone is invited! Tour our wonderful facilities, meet our canine stars, browse our doggie items for sale, join our 50/50 raffle and, of, course, enjoy complimentary hot dogs and drinks.
Summer hours at the shelter:
Monday thru Friday 9:30 am. To 2 p.m.
Saturdays from 10 a.m. To 3 p.m.
Sundays from 1 p.m. To 4 p.m.
